Ab0uT PhArMaCy..

Assalamualaikum w.b.t  kawan².. lama dah aku tak update blog nie.. maklumlah,buzy cket dek skang nie mggu exam (tgh bzy2 pon, sempat lg update blog kn?? huhu).. 2 hari sblm study week pulak, aku kene MC 9 hari atas sebb kesihatan yg tak mengizinkan.. so, nak tak nak, study week, mmg kene pulun habis arr..

Disebabkan khamis nie aku exam pharmacy practice, so aku nak share lah cket ttg apa yang aku bljr sblm2 nie..

Tp sblm tu, aku nak tanye, korang tahu ke apa tu FARMASI? Slalunye, klo di tanye ape tu pharmacy, org akn jwb cmni: Ala, farmasi tu tmpat org beli ubatlah... bg  je surat doktor, t dia bg arr ubat... tak pon, beli je kt kedai²  farmasi tu haa....

Act, pharmacy tu adalah:

Ok.. aku nak bgtahu cket, prescription tu adalah surat dari doktor.. manjadi satu KESALAHAN klo korg beli ubt yg contains drug or poison WITHOUT prescription from the doctor or registered medical practitioner...

Ni logo untik prescription dr doctor tu...
digunakan sbg 'trademark' bdk2 pharmacy...

Sape pulak AHLI FARMASI (A PHARMACIST)???

Pharmacists are registered by a board of pharmacy and therefore are designated registered pharmacists, or R.Ph.

Aku tak nak terangkan pasal Pharmacy Board.. t korg pening plak.. yg tu korg search lah sendiri ye..

Nak tnye lagi... apa pulak function PHARMACIST ni ye??

•     As a communicator
• the pharmacist should initiate dialogue with the patient to obtain a sufficiently detailed medication history; the pharmacist must be prepared and adequately equipped to perform a proper screening for specific conditions and diseases, without interfering with the prescriber's authority;

• the pharmacist must provide objective information about medicines;

•     the pharmacist must be able to use and interpret additional sources of information to satisfy the needs of the patient;

•     the pharmacist should be able to help the patient undertake appropriate and responsible self-medication or, when necessary, refer the patient for medical advice;

•     The pharmacist must ensure confidentiality concerning details of the patient’s condition.

•     As a quality drug supplier (Pengedar Dadah Bertauliah namanye :)

the pharmacist must ensure that the products he/she purchases are from reputable sources and of good quality; the pharmacist must ensure the proper storage of these products.

Bukan senang sebenarnye nk jadi seorg ahli farmasi... yang org tahu, dtg je kt kedai or kt klinik, amek ubat.. act, nak dispense ubt pon susah tau.. kene kira dose sulu betul ke tak.. kene bezakan internally or externally.. kene guna container yang betul.. prescribed ubt yg betul supaya tak de side effect... kene tahu stability of drugs.. eh, pokoknye, mcm²lah kene tahu... seriusly, mmg susah.. nmpk cm senang je kn..

Apa² pon, nasihat aku esp yg maseh berfikir nk amik course apa kt U nanti, pikirlah elok².. jgn amik mudah je bende nie.. bahaye kot.. boleh effect masa depan...

p/s: doa kn lah aku... aku masih takut² nk dispense ubat... klo salah wt ubt, boleh mati ank org weyh...

btw, bg kwn² yg masih exam, gud luck untuk paper2 terakhir korg nie.. yg dah abis tu, doa² lah agar result yg kuar t gempak²... Ma’a Taufiq Wan Najjah... Fil imtihan, fid dunya wal akhirah... J
